For more information:  Suzanne Woodard, 314-962-7666

Brentwood is quickly becoming the area’s resale capital for shoppers seeking unique furniture, hard-to-find antiques, stylish fashion-forward and designer clothing, and eclectic accessories.

The owners of four one-of-a-kind shops are celebrating Brentwood’s premier position as St. Louis’ center for previously owned quality merchandise, by hosting free monthly after-hours gatherings – including free wine and cocktails – to the public throughout 2014.

The stores will remain open from 4 – 7 p.m. each third Thursday of the month beginning April 17 and will continue throughout the year.

Stores participating in these monthly shoppers’ soirees include:

·      Refind Room, 2525 S. Brentwood Blvd., a source for vintage, contemporary, mid-century and modern furniture

·      [RE]FRESH, 1710 S. Brentwood Blvd. (first floor White Building), a fashion-forward clothing store for women, men and children. Proceeds from [RE]FRESH support the many innovative programs of the Foster & Adoptive Care Coalition. This organization finds loving homes for hard-to-place children and sibling groups. A regular segment on the Coalition is aired on KSDK NewsChannel 5.

·      Back on the Rack, 2535 S. Brentwood Blvd, a premier shop featuring upscale women's apparel and accessories, and

·      Jen’s Resale, 8516 Manchester Road, a women’s clothing and vintage furniture store.

No reservations are needed to attend these events.
