Upper End Properties Re-launches!

Upper End Properties, a full-service, locally owned and operated residential real estate brokerage, is happy to announce that it is re-launching its residential real-estate service portfolio to cater to consumers in St. Louis’s Central Corridor and beyond.

Upper End Properties first launched as an independent brokerage in 2009 and grew to include a successful Leasing & Management division, which launched in 2011.

Upper End Properties and Upper End Leasing & Management entered into a joint venture agreement with a national brokerage in 2013, but elected to part ways in Spring of 2014.

“Our goal here is to develop deep-rooted relationships with families in the Central Corridor. That’s not to say we aren’t doing business in other parts of the region, of course we are, but that we strategically want our agents to be experts in their neighborhood, as opposed to parts of a machine that churn through transactions all over the map,” Seth Reeder, Broker and Managing Partner, said.

Upper End Properties is a full-service real estate company serving the greater St. Louis, Missouri area. Upper End’s solutions-based approach allows it to serve its clients’ needs in the most appropriate manner possible. Whether aspiring to purchase, sell or lease a property, Upper End’s agents have the knowledge and expertise required to provide an exceptional real-estate experience.
