Community Shred Day - Hosted by Seniors Home Care

Hosted by Seniors Home Care as a community service,
anyone can bring personal documents, such as old checks, forms and statements with personal information. Documents will be securely shredded onsite for free (three box limit), with easy drive-n-drop service at Avery School’s entrance on Marshall Road, near the SHC office. The event runs from 10a.m. until 12p.m., or until the shred truck is full. Shred-It will be doing the document shredding for the event.

Seniors Home Care Director of Operations Ryan Whittington expressed, "Identity theft is on the rise.  This event is a great opportunity to destroy
sensitive paperwork containing your account numbers, signatures or Social
Security numbers, by bringing those materials for professional, safe and secure disposal. It’s open to the public, it’s free and the recycling of the finished product is environmentally conscious.”

Seniors Home Care (SHC), a privately owned company operated by a Registered Nurse, has been providing professional and compassionate St. Louis-area elder care since 1987. SHC offers complete personal and household services that allow seniors to maintain their dignity and independence, wherever they call home.
