Join Saint Louis University and Les Dames d’Escoffier for a market tour
and cooking demo. A Les Dames d’Escoffier member will host a tour of the
market and provide kids and their parents with information on the
nutrition benefits and seasonality of produce, as well as the benefits
of eating locally and supporting sustainability. During the tour the Les
Dames will help the children collect a basket of fresh produce which
will then be used by the local culinary school to cook with the kids and
show parents easy, fun ways to prepare a variety of local, in-season
produce.
