Krav Maga - Self Defense Classes

Krav Maga was developed by commandos to promote personal safety. Their methods train you in self defense for every circumstance. Your very first class will get you more prepared and educated. Learn to avoid
harmful situations, disarm an attacker no matter the weapon and break holds no
matter the type. Simulated situations will help you respond quickly, acting
from your training instead reacting from fear. This is an ongoing class offered
every Tuesday & Thursday for a monthly fee of $55 or single class fee of $12
