SHAKE38 Registration

Registration is now open for SHAKE 38, part of Shakespeare Festival St. Louis.

SHAKE 38 draws upon the creativity of the city and puts it on display in every neighborhood in St. Louis. All of Shakespeare’s 38 plays are performed by 38 different groups in a variety of neighborhoods and locations. From rooftops to bars to coffee shops to street corners, only one rule exists: Make the play happen any way you see fit.

SHAKE 38 began in 2010 as an around-the-clock, urban performance of the entire Shakespearean canon. Since the first year, SHAKE 38 has grown from a 38-hour marathon performed by 200 artists to now a five-day event attracting over 1,500 artists from across the region performing in over 38 venues and with dozens of diverse community partners.
