Slow Food St. Louis and the Schlafly Bottleworks present
SLOWednesday after the Schlafly Farmers Market. Each month features a different
discussion about our local food system.

On September 11, SLOWednesday will host Farming and
Fracking, a discussion of the importance of small rural farmers, what they do
for our communities and how hydraulic fracturing (fracking) and it's
collaborative industries are endangering this niche in rural communities
nationwide.
