SLOWednesday - SLU Nutrition & Dietetics
Slow Food St. Louis and the Schlafly Bottleworks present
SLOWednesday after the Schlafly Farmers Market. Each month features a different
discussion about our local food system.
On September 9, SLOWednesday welcomes Saint Louis
University's Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, which will join us to
highlight their efforts to support local farmers through food processing for
local schools and the newly established shared use kitchen. They will also
touch on their newest projects - the newly established urban orchard,
geothermal high tunnel, and Earthtub recycling.
