Volunteers needed for 9/11 Day of Remembrance events

Between Wednesday, September
11 and Saturday, September 14, United
Way of Greater St. Louis
is seeking more than 500 volunteers to participate
in the 9/11 Day of Service & Remembrance. With partners, United Way has helped
with multiple projects during the week of 9/11 throughout the metro area to pay
tribute to the victims and courageous heroes of the 9/11 attacks. Everyone is
encouraged to participate in these days of service, including groups, families
and individuals. Those interested in volunteering are able to find projects and
sign up through United Way’s volunteer site at http://www.stlvolunteer.org/stlremembers.
