Obituary: Eleanor Lee Collins Hardy, MRH Grad Led a Full Life

Her family was once surrounded by wolves, camping out in the Rocky Mountains.

Eleanor Lee Collins Hardy died Wednesday at her home at 3 McKnight Place after a short illness. She was 96, according to an obituary in the St. Louis Post Dispatch.

From her obituary:

"Although she claimed she had no talents, her actions spoke otherwise. She made friends easily everywhere she went. She traveled widely. She enjoyed a wide circle of friends, a foursome of which called themselves the Golden Girls, who enjoyed 40 years of bridge. She knew the words to almost every song she'd ever heard and sang them with gusto everywhere she went."
