DD's Dance Class on Bellevue

I- Kim Revie- owner and instructor for 8 years- have been sent into a whirl wind this year- with new landlord- who was lied to by the old one- that I was not in business.. The new one has graciously let us stay- but the tenants of the building thought I was leaving too... somehow-- and they hate the noise a dance studio makes-- really.  We are only open 15 hours per week.  Im looking for new space- but the studio is a sister of the main one- and doesnt make much money- like none- after rent- teachers- and expenses.  I have been looking for an affordable place to move it.  I offer discounted lessons to kids that cant afford them- any ideas??  I really want to stay in Maplewood- I love my neighborhood- and love my students and their families.  I am trying to move to my church- but no answer there yet.  The idea of the "Patch" just hit me!!!!  I am definitely going to enter the Wells Fargo project!!!  Wow- maybe this is the break we need!!!  Please advise if you know of reasonable space available!!
