Maplewood Police Find Marijuana on Suspects, Twice

July 8

• Two women assaulted one another in the 7200 block of Anna Avenue for unknown reasons. One of the women is suspected of using pepper spray on the other.

July 7

• A 48-year-old man was arrested for shoplifting approximately $400 in merchandise from a Maplewood Commons Business. 

July 6

• An officer stopped a 47-year-old man in the area of Maple Avenue and Sutton Boulevard for a traffic violation, then discovered the driver had marijuana and drug paraphernalia in his possession. The officer arrested him.
• A  car stereo was reported stolen from a car in the 7200 block of Manchester Road. The middle dash console was damaged to get to the car stereo.  
• A 19-year-old woman was arrested for shoplifting alcohol from a business in the 7300 block of Manchester Road. She was also found to have marijuana and drug paraphernalia at the time of her arrest. 

July 3

• A debit/credit card was reported stolen from a residence in the 7600 block of Flora Avenue and then fraudulently used at an ATM in the 3000 block of Big Bend.
