Several Cars Vandalized in Maplewood

Several cars were vandalized in Maplewood during the night of Saturday, April 9.

Car windows were reported shattered in the 7400 block of Hazel Avenue, 2800 block of Sutton Boulevard, 7400 block of Maple Avenue and 7600 block of Manchester Road.

All incidents happened between 6 and 10:45 p.m. and police believe they're related.

Monday, April 4

At 12:13 a.m., a car was reported scratched in the 7300 block of Marietta Avenue.

At 6:34 p.m., a case of second-degree burglary was reported in the 2000 block of Bland Place. A digital camera, Nintendo Wii, iPad, iPod, DVD player, two TVs and other items were reported stolen.

Tuesday, April 5

At 4:12 p.m., razors and sanding discs were reported stolen from Walmart. Police reports show an arrest was made.

At 6:09 p.m., two windows were reported shattered from an apartment in the 7200 block of Lyndover Place.

Friday, April 8

At 11:08 a.m., a stereo system, speakers and amplifiers were reported stolen from inside an SUV in the 7400 block of Richmond Place.

At 4:41 p.m., a desktop computer was reported stolen from Walmart. Police reports show an arrest was made.

Saturday, April 9

At 9:26 p.m., a third-degree assault was reported in an apartment parking lot in the 7200 block of Sarah Road.
