Who Ran Into the Monarch?
The Monarch restaurant, in Maplewood, was evidently hit by a car that didn't successfully make the turn onto Sutton.
Saturday morning, Sept. 15, it was evident to anyone driving by the Monarch, in Maplewood, that a vehicle hit the building hard enough to push in concrete and bricks.
Maplewood Police Det. Kerry Daniels said it happened Friday night, but whoever is responsible was able to leave the scene. The department is investigating.
