Another Electronic Message Board on Manchester Road in Rock Hill?
Owners of the new U-Gas at Manchester and McKnight are asking Rock Hill for a variance that would allow them to place a digital sign on the property.
Some motorists say electronic message boards are a distraction, especially when placed at busy intersections.
