Maplewood Mayor, 3 Councilmen Inaugurated

The election results were made official, and the newly reelected officials were sworn in.

Maplewood's mayor and a council member from each ward were inaugurated at the council meeting Tuesday night. All four ran unopposed and were elected on April 2 to a four-year term.

The results of Proposition Q, the referendum that passed, allowing QuikTrip to move to the northwest corner of Manchester Road and Big Bend Boulevard, were also declared official.

Mayor James White was reelected for a second term. He will be termed out after this one and will have to step down.
