  • "Found beef roast out on counter thawing/found green sauce sitting in pan still water thawing—corrected while present placed food in refrigeration since still frozen-thaw food under running water or thaw under refrigeration."

General comments:

  • "Complaint: Sick after eating from this facility. Had a Big Mac, fries, and Coke for lunch at 1:00PM. Had her daughter's chicken nuggets for dinner at 6:00PM. Became ill around 1:00AM with nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea, feeling better by 9-10:00AM. Did not seek medical treatment, did not contact the facility. Spoke with person in charge, no other illnesses reported, no sick employees reporting to work, no one being excluded. Establishment sold 93 orders of chicken nuggets and 65 Big Mac sandwiches on 12/14/11 (date of incident). Hot hold temperatures of products in question well above the 135 degrees F minimum for hot holding. No violations observed at time of investigation."
