Menards Contract Approved in Richmond Heights

The new Menards will be built just north of Walmart, on Hanley Road.

Monday night, the Richmond Heights City council approved a development contract with Menard Inc. to build in the south half of the Hadley Township, according to a report in the St. Louis Post Dispatch.

Two weeks ago the Richmond Heights City Council approved $15 million in tax-increment financing for a Menards in the south half of the Hadley Township.

“The residents in the southern section of Hadley will be well set for the future,” The Post-Dispatch quoted Mayor Jim Beck in statement. “Richmond Heights will benefit from another great retailer.”
