Families packed the auditorium to see graduates receive their diplomas on Friday night.
In a ceremony that moved right along, Principal Dr. Don Rugraff welcomed the families, then introduced senior Alvin Lan, who played the Senior Performance, a piece by Chopin on a piano that was rolled onto the stage.
He recognized the class salutatorian, Alvin Lan, who came to the front for the second time. Lan graduated with a 4.27 grade point average. Lan to study on a scholarship.

Ken Wolfe, a former teacher, gave the address. His talk enlarged on themes he taught many of the graduates when he had them in middle school. He charged them to save America.
The valedictorian was Jason Zuke, who graduated with a 4.28 GPA. He's going to Washington University of St. Louis next year. Zuke gave the closing comments and mentioned the class's contributions, including playing at the Edward Jones Dome for state football and the debate team (of which he was a member) competing in Washington, D.C.
