The teams are featured in our weekly area sports roundup.

The big news in sports last week was the girls softball team finally picking up its first win of the year.

And boy did the Eagles do it in thunderous fashion, with a 34-17 (that’s not a typo!) win over McCluer South-Berkeley on Tuesday.

Until Friday night’s over the Missouri Military Academy, the softball team’s 34-spot was the most points scored by any Brentwood team in any sport this fall.
