     With a little forethought and planning, going back to school after the long, hot summer doesn't have to be traumatic for kids or their parents! Anita Hopkin, Director of Patient Care at the Clayton Sleep Institute, will present some easy to implement strategies and good sleep hygiene techniques to help prepare kids and their families for a productive, stress-free school year.
