Yoga for Mind and Body

Ms. Jane Fitzgerald, Iyengar Yoga instructor, will present an hour long class on this form of yoga.  Iyengar yoga emphasizes correct body alignment and the use of props to modify postures so that even the most rigid body can benefit.

Blocks & straps will be provided, but you will need to provide your own mat.

Pre-registration is required and will be Monday, June 18-Saturday July 7.
