Mark Twain Students Run in "GO! St. Louis" Marathon
Students crossed the Read, Right and Run finish line Saturday morning.
participated in the GO! St. Louis Read, Right and Run Marathon on Saturday in Forest Park. This was Mark Twain’s fourth year participating in the program that challenges students to “read 26 books, right the community with 26 good deeds and run 26.2 miles over a six-month period,” as stated on the program website. Forty-eight children from kindergarten through the fifth grade were signed up to run the last 1.2 miles of their goal during the Forest Park event.
