Complete Fitness Results BBQ and Baseball Bash for Down Syndrome

Complete Fitness Results and Double D’s Karaoke Lounge are holding the BBQ and Baseball Bash for the Down Syndrome Foundation of Greater St.Louis. This event is perfect for the whole family! The event will begin at 9 am and continue until 1 pm and is FREE to attend.
Attendees will be able to begin their morning with awesome baseball themed boot camps at 9 am and 10:15 am. At those same times, children will be able to enjoy their own baseball themed kids camp class (must be at least 8 years of age to participate) on the lower level of Complete Fitness Results. Other events include BBQ hamburgers, hot dogs, and brats, healthy side dish buffet, three legged race, tug of war, home run derby, washers, a chance to “dunk the trainer” in the dunk tank, silent auction and raffle.

Silent auction and raffle prizes include all inclusive Cardinals tickets, Jason Motte autographed jersey, gift certificates to area restaurants, Cardinals gear, boot camp and personal training gift cards, t-shirts, and much more.
Proceeds from games, food, and prizes will be donated to the Down Syndrome Foundation of Greater St.Louis.
RSVP not required but encouraged.
