Jr. Eagles Football Camp: Watch a Practice!
Middle school football players have been practicing with the Jr. Eagles since the early 1970s.
Close to 40 Brentwood Middle School boys met for three evenings at Norm West Park this week to learn some football basics.
Coach John Sappington ran the boys through drills the first two practices. They'll play some 7-on-7 on the third and final practice of the summer.
The practices are non-contact, so some guys as young as third grade are taking part.
In the past the Jr. Eagles have had a game schedule against Chaminade, MICDS, SLUH, Westminster, Priory, Affton and Vianney.
