MRH, Maplewood Community Betterment Foundation Sponsor 'Concert for a Cause'
Tonight at Ryan Hummert Park: Donate a minimum of two cans of food or donate $1 at the concert and receive a free snow cone from "Cup of Sno" courtesy of the Maplewood United Methodist Church.
The District has partnered with the Maplewood Community Betterment Foundation (MCBF) to sponsor “Concert for a Cause” featuring the Maplewood band, UJ & The Down Home Blues, on Wednesday, August 22 at 6 p.m. The concert, held in , will benefit Weekend on Wheels.
MRH and MCBF have partnered to help hungry families living in our community through Weekend on Wheels. Each weekend throughout the year, MRH High School students pack nutritious food into rolling suitcases and give to needy children attending the MRH Early Childhood Center or Elementary School.
