If there were an option to give this daycare zero stars, I would do it. Not only is the owner unprofessional dealing with complaints and concerns, the quality of care received is quite low. Care providers are more concerned with standing around talking than caring for kids. There is a lack of warmth and there is no curriculum followed. Of course, they say there is a curriculum, but I have never had my child come home with art work, or any kind of accurate picture of how his day went. I would not recommend this place at all. For the amount of money you pay for care, there is much better out there.

We had looked at this facility back in June and were impressed by the curriculum and the structure of the daycare. We paid for 3 months in full at the end of June. Our kids would be starting September. A week before they started, due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to un-enroll them from the program. They never went to the daycare. According to the daycare policy, we would be refunded in full 30 days after. Forty days later we still hadn't received our check. After numerous calls and 2 trips to the daycare, we finally got a hold of the director of the program. We had to wait another week to receieve our check. We finally received our check a month and half after our inital contact. Then a week later, our bank contacted us that there was insufficient funds from the account of the check. We contacted them again and they said there should be enough. We are currently trying to get our money still. I cannot comment on the quality of the daycare and the care of the children, but there was lack of professionalism in terms of response to this transcaction, poor time compliance and overall poor satisfaction with the overall process of a refund. If this is a business, then the issue should be resolved more appropriately according to their own policy.
