Intrepid Realty lists they have 24 hour maintenance which they do not. Whenever a problem arises we can never get in touch with them. We have rented from them for a few years now and they have been unprofessional, we've been calling to get things repaired forever. The owner Paul Sims is very unprofessional, we were told by his mother the office manager Sheila Armstrong that he is not a people person so she deals with the tenants, well she is a space cadet, because whenever you speak with her she claims to never remember anything, she has a horrible attitude and I would not recommend this realty company to anyone.
