Lion's Choice

<p>Lion's Choice has been a St. Louis institution since it opened its very first location in Ballwin, Mo., just a few neighborhoods over from Brentwood. The franchise has since spread to the rest of Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas.</p> <p>Lion's Choice takes pride in the quality of its beef, which is served hot and specially seasoned on a toasted, buttered bun. Even in the drive-thru, the food isn't prepared until you order it. The indoor dining area is quieter and homier than a typical fast-food restaurant, so better suited for a family meal.</p>
