The National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse - St. Louis Area (NCADA) is a place to turn for all matters related to alcohol and other drugs. NCADA is a non-profit community health agency providing information, intervention, referrals to treatment, prevention programs and advocacy services. Each year NCADA serves more than 100,000 people in St. Louis and the surrounding counties.
