The Parks and Recreation Cooperative administrative offices are located in the Heights Community Center in Richmond Heights. The cooperative is a mutual agreement between the cities of Brentwood, Maplewood and Richmond Heights, and exists so residents of each city can benefit from each city's park. They pay cheaper rates for pavilion rentals, as well as access to the Heights or the Maplewood Family Aquatic Center, for example.
