Rock Church of St. Louis
314-968-0600
The Rock Church of St. Louis, originally named Rock Hill Baptist Church, originated in a parishioner's basement in 1929. The church eventually moved to a spot in Rock Hill, until it relocated to the current building in Brentwood. It also operates a remote site in the Soulard district.
The church offers two service times: a traditional service with hymns at 8:30am, and a contemporary service with a worship band at 11 am. It also offers a children's church for all ages. It also has a variety of classes and programs available, like the children's Awana Program on Wednesdays or the Celebrate Recovery program on Thursdays. In the fall, the church runs a children's indoor soccer league for the community.
