I'm a fan of San Sei, however, upon my recent visit, I observed one particular employee who waited on me, then started wiping down the counter top with a rag that looked dirty, then served some salad, waited on another customer, & then walked over to the soda machine. In the meantime, the dirty rag was picked up by another employee who started wiping the counter top with it & then poured out dirty water from it. No one was washing their hands in between jobs & handling food! I'm hoping the inspectors notice the employees habits as well. I won't go back after seeing the cross contamination going on there.
