100% Were impressed
The words "Workout with an Attitude" are printed in enormous letters on one long wall of the gym, and that's exactly what St. Louis Self Defense & Fitness aims to provide for its members. The gym itself is a clean, well-lite room with a huge floor-length mirror spanning its longest wall. The floormats and walls are painted with fiery red, orange and yellow designs, a color scheme that echoes equal parts fun and ferocity. People of all ages are welcome. Adults, for instance, can challenge themselves in Kettlebell Bootcamp or Cardio Kickboxing, while kids can have a blast learning self-defense in the Kid's Kick program, parents are welcome too. Furthermore, all classes are specifically scheduled to fit into your work week, taking place in the evenings on weekdays, and in the mornings on weekends. Self-protection training is available and can be customized to meet the needs of every kind of group, ranging from bouncers to real estate agencies, senior centers to fire departments, paramedics to parents, and so on. Make sure to visit the Web site for a full list of classes and events.
