The Gathering United Methodist Church
314-646-7172
In 2006, the United Methodist Church on McClausland Ave. closed its doors. After a few months, a renovation and a re-defined mission statement, the church building opened its doors to The Gathering United Methodist Church. Its vision exists to create a compelling community for a new generation of church-goers, and it's geared to attract a younger population in the congregation.
The church offers small group bible study as well as interest group ministries that meet in coffee shops or homes. It also hosts a partnership with the Kingdom House, where the church funds and sponsors the family center.
