Renovation at Schnucks Would Include Space for New Businesses
The new space would host retail businesses and offices.
The Schnucks located at the corner of Manchester Road and Brentwood Boulevard could be getting a facelift soon. The property's owner, Regency Center from Cincinnati, OH, submitted an application with the city of Brentwood seeking several renovations. The application has been reviewed by the Brentwood Planning and Zoning Commission, and a subcommittee is expected to continue discussions with the developer during a meeting at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, stated Bola Akande, city administrator for Brentwood, in an email to Patch. Mayor Pat Kelly first announced the proposed renovation during his State of the City Address last week.
