Massage Therapy Student Inappropriately Touched Woman During Massage

Brentwood Police said Jeffrey Massey, a student at Missouri College, subjected a woman to unwanted sexual contact during a massage therapy session.

A Missouri College student is being charged with subjecting a woman to unwanted sexual contact during a massage at the school in Brentwood, 1405 South Hanley Road. Jeffrey Massey, 20, a student in Missouri College’s school of massage therapy, was charged April 18 with first-degree sexual misconduct. Massey lives in the 5800 block of Etzel Avenue in St. Louis. Brentwood Police said the woman was assigned to Massey for a massage in September 2012. During the massage, Massey subjected her to unwanted sexual touching as he put his hand under her underwear, according to a court document. Bail for Massey was set at $5,000, cash only. Man Snatched Laptop From Woman's Hands at Brentwood Bread Co., Police Say

Terrell Holley also is charged with nine robberies, forcible sodomy and attempted forcible rape in the city of St. Louis.

A man is accused of helping snatch a laptop computer from a woman’s hands as she sat in a Brentwood restaurant. Terrell Holley, 18, of the 5300 block of Terry Avenue in St. Louis, was charged March 26 with second-degree robbery. Brentwood Police said Holley and another man forced a laptop computer from a woman’s hands as she sat inside St. Louis Bread Co., 1909 South Brentwood Blvd., at 9:02 p.m. May 7, 2012. Holley held the door open so his accomplice could make a quick exit while holding the computer with two hands, according to a court document. Holley also faces 21 charges in the city of St. Louis, including nine counts of first-degree robbery and attempted robbery, forcible sodomy, attempted forcible rape, two counts of kidnapping and…

Utility Worker Struck This Morning in Brentwood

Fox 2 reports the Missouri American Water employee was hit while on duty early Friday morning.

A Missouri American Water employee was hit by a minivan while working in Brentwood early Friday morning. According to Fox 2 News, Missouri American Spokesperson Ann Dettmer got the call in the middle of the night. Two employees were starting repairs on a broken water main on Manchester Road near Brentwood Boulevard.  Dettmer told Fox 2 one of the men was turning off a water valve when he was hit. His co-worker stayed with him while police were called. The driver reportedly stayed at the scene and spoke with Brentwood Police. Officers shut down part of the intersection during the investigation and paramedics rushed the victim a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.  Still, this was a tough night for his fellow employees. …

Brentwood Petsmart Employee Stole Cash With Faked Returns, Police Say

More than $500 was stolen between Jan. 16 and Feb. 16, 2012, according to Brentwood Police.

A Petsmart employee stole at least $500 in cash from the store by faking merchandise returns, Brentwood Police said. Mark Tyler, 39, of the 4400 block of Turquoise in the Affton area, was charged Jan. 25 with felony theft. Brentwood Police said Tyler worked for the Petsmart store in the Promenade, made fraudulent returns and kept the cash between Jan. 16 and Feb. 16. Bail for Tyler was set at $10,000. Florissant Man Charged In Brentwood First Bank Robbery

The bank inside Dierberg's on Eager Road was robbed Jan. 7. Police arrested the defendant a week later.

A Florissant man is accused of robbing the First Bank branch inside the Brentwood Dierberg’s store at 8450 Eager Road on Jan. 7. Michael A. Abbott, 28, of the 1000 block of St. Brendan Lane in Florissant, was charged Saturday by St. Louis County prosecutors with first-degree robbery. Brentwood Police said Abbott handed a teller inside the bank a note that said he had a gun and demanded money. Brentwood Police arrested Abbott Friday. Men Charged With Robbing Couple, Sodomizing Woman in Brentwood

Brentwood Police said the men took the woman to an ATM and forced her to withdraw cash; two are charged with forcible sodomy.

Three men were accused Monday of robbing a couple at gunpoint last March , took the woman and forced her to give oral sex to one of the men in Brentwood Park. Brentwood Police said the three men robbed a man of cash and took the woman’s cell phone at about 2:45 a.m. March 9. They then took the woman to an ATM and forced her to withdraw cash. Each of the following men were charged Monday with felonious restraint, five counts of armed criminal action, first-degree attempted robbery and two counts of first-degree robbery: Clark also was charged with forcible sodomy and Brandon was charged with attempted forcible sodomy. Hockey Player Shattered Man's Jaw with Stick in Brentwood Game, Police Say

The Chesterfield man was charged with assault after police said he swung his stick and hit the other player in the face, breaking his jaw in multiple places.

An ice hockey player faces a criminal charge for hitting another player in the face with his hockey stick, shattering the man’s jaw Oct. 14 during a recreational game at the Brentwood Recreation Complex. Kevin Stephens, 27, of the 15600 block of Parasol Drive in Chesterfield, was charged Thursday with second-degree assault. Brentwood Police said Stephens swung his stick at the other player during a no-contact league hockey game. The incident happened outside of play, according to the police report. The man’s jaw was broken in multiple places, and he now has 17 permanent screws in his jaw as a result of the assault, police said. Brentwood Man Accused of Hitting Elderly Woman

The man was charged with elder abuse on Friday.

A Brentwood man struck a 73-year-old woman in the head on Sept. 12, according to a Brentwood Police report. Jeffrey B. Soebbing, 49, of the 2600 block of Porter Avenue, was charged Friday in St. Louis County Circuit Court with third-degree elder abuse. Update: Murder Suspects Charged With Brentwood Robbery, Kidnapping

Police said the men forced a woman in Brentwood at gunpoint to drive to a bank and withdraw cash.

Two men charged with murdering former St. Louis University volleyball player Megan Boken also were charged with robbing and kidnapping a woman Aug. 12 in Brentwood. Brentwood Police said Keith Esters, 18, of Bel Ridge, and Johnathan Perkins, 18, got into a woman’s car at 1657 South Brentwood Blvd., at gunpoint to drive to UMB Bank in the Promenade and withdraw cash. They stole the cash, the woman’s wallet and iPhone, police said. According to the Brentwood Police Department website, Brentwood detectives Jim McIntyre and Nick Nilson worked with St Louis City detectives to "piece together evidence and conduct a complete investigation." Man Accused of Exposing Himself To A Child Had Ties To The Danforth Center

A sexual misconduct charge in the Brentwood Home Depot was bought last week against Chris Frank, a Ladue resident.

Christopher A. Frank, 42, has now been charged by the county prosecutor with sexual misconduct involving a child under age 15, a felony. Patch reported last week that Frank, of the 700 block of Cella Road in Ladue, is suspected of exposing his genitals to a boy in the next stall in the Brentwood Home Depot.  “We took this report back in November and I’m not sure when they took it over to the prosecutor’s office, but they just filed on it last week,” said Brentwood Assistant Chief of Police Dan Fitzgerald.
