Ladue Man Charged With Exposing Himself to Boy in Home Depot Restroom

The 42-year-old man faces a felony sexual misconduct charge.

A Ladue man was charged Tuesday with exposing himself to a child in a Brentwood store restroom last fall. Christopher A. Frank, 42, of the 700 block of Cella Road in Ladue, faces a charge of sexual misconduct involving a child under age 15, a felony. Brentwood Police reported that Frank got on his knees in a restroom stall and exposed his genitals to a child in the next stall on Nov. 25. Police said Frank then laid on the floor and watched the boy use the restroom. The restroom was in the Brentwood Home Depot at 1603 South Hanley Road. Bond for Frank was set at $7,500. 2011 Brentwood Grad Charged with 1st Degree Assault at Jimmy John's

Police say William Hampel drove over one person's foot, while a second had to jump to escape injury.

A Brentwood man was charged with hitting one restaurant employee with his car and trying to hit another person. William P. Hampel, 19, of the 2600 block of Louis Avenue in Brentwood, was charged Thursday with first-degree assault, attempted first-degree assault and two counts of armed criminal action. Hampel is a 2011 graduate of Brentwood High School. Brentwood police said Hampel cursed at and threatened employees at Jimmy John's Gourmet Sandwiches, 1230 Strassner Ave., at about midnight on July 2. He then retrieved a garbage bag from outside and began throwing trash inside the restaurant, police stated in a report. When Hampel left, two employees went outside to get his license plate number and Hampel drove at them, seriously injuring …

Victim Tells Police Robbery Suspect Pointed Gun at Him, Pulled Trigger

The gun did not fire; three of four suspects in the Sunday morning robbery were charged Monday.

Three of four suspects were charged Monday with robbing a man at gunpoint in a Brentwood home. Charged with first-degree burglary, three counts of armed criminal action, and two counts of first-degree robbery were: Brentwood Police said four men entered a home in the 9400 block of Parkside Drive in Brentwood at about 8:40 a.m. Sunday. Police said Rush had a handgun. A victim told police that Rush pointed the handgun at him and pulled the trigger, and the victim heard a click. The gun did not fire. Police said the four men took the man’s wallet with $700 cash and credit cards, a cell phone and a laptop computer. The four men then left and were pursued by police. Man Charged with Robberies at Promenade and Shane Co. in Brentwood

The same man was charged Thursday with a robbery on the Mehlville Kmart parking lot.

A man charged in a Mehlville Kmart robbery also was charged Friday by the county prosecutor with two robberies in Brentwood. Curtis Edwards, 28, faces two counts of first-degree robbery in Brentwood; the first was attempted, the second was succesful, but he was caught after a chase. Brentwood Police said in a report that Edwards approached a woman in the Promenade shopping center parking lot May 23 and told her to give him her purse or he would shoot her. The woman ran away. Police said five days later, on Thursday, Edwards approached another woman on the Shane Co. parking lot and demanded her purse and threatened to shoot her. The woman gave him her purse. Assault on Bremerton Road, Hit and Run at Brentwood Promenade

March 5 At 10:52 a.m. police were called to the Brentwood Promenade for a traffic accident. The caller reported that a maroon 2001 Ford Ranger pick-up had backed into his car, then left the scene. March 10 At 4:45 p.m. an officer observed a person running from a store in the 8300 block of Eager Road. A 28-year-old man was arrested for stealing electronic items. At 12:17 a.m. police responded to the 2700 block of Bremerton Road for a report of an assault. A 31-year-old man was arrested for assault.
