Ask the Patch Pro: Seeking Local Dentists

Patch is looking for experts who can talk teeth and offer their expertise this week.

This week on Halloween, kids across the nation will go from house-to-house with one goal: Fill their bags with as much candy as possible.  Since an abundance of sugary treats will most likely invade our homes the next few days, we want to discuss healthy teeth and dental hygiene.  We want to find the answers to all your dental questions this week, but we need a little help. In the latest edition of "Ask the Patch Pro" we need local experts who can answer readers' questions and offer advice. And do you resist sugary urges to set a positive example for your children (as difficult as it may be!)? Please share your stories in the comments box below. Our Moms Council members will offer their thoughts too.

My kids are very stubborn (they must get it from their father) and if something is forbidden they will fight to the death for it. It's really safer for everyone to have their splurge and move on. You can bet that meals are going to be a little healthier those days and there won't be many …   more ›
