Clayton Restaurant Week, the 4th annual, will take place from Jan. 21-27. This year’s CRW lineup includes 17 of Clayton’s fine dining establishments offering a special three-course dinner promotion for a fixed price of $25 per person, plus tax and tip. Last year’s Clayton Restaurant Week resulted in sales spikes of 25-100 percent compared to normal January sales weeks. The promotion attracted over 15,000 diners with many restaurants reporting waiting lists and full sellout nights. There are no passes to buy, coupons to carry or cards to punch—patrons simply visit the participating restaurant of their choice.
