Man Who Harassed Child in Home Depot Bathroom In Court Today on DWI Case

Christopher A. Frank, 42, pleaded guilty to one count of an adult harassing a child, a class D felony. He is scheduled to appear in court Thursday on a separate DWI case.

The man who pled guilty to harassment of a child following an incident at Home Depot in Brentwood is due back in court today. According to Missouri Case.net, Christopher A. Frank is due in St. Louis County Court on a misdemeanor DWI case. Frank was arrested July 5, 2012 in connection to the DWI case, Case.net notes.  An 11 a.m. trial setting is on Judge Mary Bruntrager Schroder's docket.  Frank, 42, of the 700 block of Cella Road in Ladue, last appeared in court in February, when he pleaded guilty a count adult harassing a child, a class D felony. Frank received a suspended imposition of sentence, was given 120 days of electronic home monitoring and was placed on five years probation. Frank originally was charged with sexual misconduct …

St. Louis County Impaired Driving Crackdown Results

Here are the results from last weekend's Operation A.R.R.E.S.T. in St. Louis County. It was focused on cracking down on impaired driving.

Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) officers released the results in of the crackdown in a news release. As previously reported by Patch, “Operation A.R.R.E.S.T” (Alcohol Related Response Enforcement Strike Team) took place last weekend in St. Louis County Saturday. According to the recent news release, the eight-hour operation netted the following results.

St. Louis County Drunk Driving Crackdown This Weekend

Police will conduct operation A.R.R.E.S.T. this weekend in St. Louis County to crack down on impaired driving.

Missouri State Highway Patrol officers made the announcement of the crackdown in a news release. According to the release, “Operation A.R.R.E.S.T” (Alcohol Related Response Enforcement Strike Team) will take place in St. Louis County Saturday. The operation will begin at 7 p.m. and end at 3 a.m., Sunday. "The purpose of Operation A.R.R.E.S.T. is to increase the motoring public’s awareness of the potential hazards of operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition," the MSHP stated in the release. Six Missouri state troopers will be conducting the operation across the county this weekend. Maplewood Man Charged With Assault in DWI Crash

Two passengers were injured in the July 9 incident. Maplewood Police said the driver's blood-alcohol content was 0.164 percent.

A Maplewood man faces criminal charges after police said a crash that injured passengers in his car occurred because he was driving under the influence of alcohol. Adam Wimberley, 38, of the 7300 block of Myrtle Avenue in Maplewood, was charged with second-degree assault, operating a vehicle while intoxicated resulting in injury. Maplewood Police said Wimberley was driving July 9 in the 3400 block of Greenwood Boulevard and was going too fast for the road conditions and had to slam on the brakes for a stop sign. Police said his pickup truck skidded through the stop sign, struck an embankment and was stopped by railroad tracks. Both front-seat passengers were injured. One man had a facial fracture, a vertebra fracture and cuts to his face. …
