A man suspected of attempting to steal bottles of vodka from a Crestwood store was probably shocked when a professional kickboxer and mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter had him on the floor fast enough to break one of the bottles hidden under his coat. MMA fighter Jesse Finney said he went to Schnucks in Crestwood on Dec. 21 to pick up some chocolate for his pregnant wife. A Brentwood Eagles offense that finally began clicking last week continued to produce against the Missouri Military Academy on Friday night. The Eagles (2-2) roughed up the Colonels (0-4) 69-0 at Brentwood High School, allowing only one first down throughout the game while giving several Brentwood rushers the opportunity to score.
