Penzeys added 1,500 square feet to its store on Manchester Road.
The Penzeys at 7338 Manchester Road has been in business in Maplewood for 11 years. It's now bigger and busier than ever. Grandma's Kitchen, toward the front of the store, with the feel of a 50-plus-year-old kitchen, has added more display space. Two ADA bathrooms, additional storage, and a round checkout counter in the center of the store are also part of the upgrade. Are you a cook? The Maplewood spice shop will break through a wall and add more display area and two ADA bathrooms.
The place for spices in St. Louis, Penzeys Spices, in Maplewood, is expanding. The shop at 7338 Manchester Road has been in business 11 years. It currently occupies 2,500 square feet. It will break through the wall to the west and fill the space that was most previously Clarkson Eyecare. Two new ADA bathrooms, some storage, and more display space will go into the additional 1,500 square feet. Part of the new display will be known as Grandma's Kitchen, and will replicate an older kitchen, according to an article in Feast Magazine.
