Brentwood Man Accused of Hitting Elderly Woman
The man was charged with elder abuse on Friday.
A Brentwood man struck a 73-year-old woman in the head on Sept. 12, according to a Brentwood Police report. Jeffrey B. Soebbing, 49, of the 2600 block of Porter Avenue, was charged Friday in St. Louis County Circuit Court with third-degree elder abuse.
