The sewer pipe collapsed yesterday and parts of Hanley Road began to sink. Fox 2 reports that parts of Hanley road are experiencing lane closures and potential traffic jams. Those repairs began at 6 a.m. Wednesday. MSD told Fox 2 that Manchester should remain open during the repairs but the curbside lane of northbound Hanley Road will be closed during the work.
