Massage Therapy Student Inappropriately Touched Woman During Massage

Brentwood Police said Jeffrey Massey, a student at Missouri College, subjected a woman to unwanted sexual contact during a massage therapy session.

A Missouri College student is being charged with subjecting a woman to unwanted sexual contact during a massage at the school in Brentwood, 1405 South Hanley Road. Jeffrey Massey, 20, a student in Missouri College’s school of massage therapy, was charged April 18 with first-degree sexual misconduct. Massey lives in the 5800 block of Etzel Avenue in St. Louis. Brentwood Police said the woman was assigned to Massey for a massage in September 2012. During the massage, Massey subjected her to unwanted sexual touching as he put his hand under her underwear, according to a court document. Bail for Massey was set at $5,000, cash only. Man Who Harassed Child in Home Depot Bathroom In Court Today on DWI Case

Christopher A. Frank, 42, pleaded guilty to one count of an adult harassing a child, a class D felony. He is scheduled to appear in court Thursday on a separate DWI case.

The man who pled guilty to harassment of a child following an incident at Home Depot in Brentwood is due back in court today. According to Missouri Case.net, Christopher A. Frank is due in St. Louis County Court on a misdemeanor DWI case. Frank was arrested July 5, 2012 in connection to the DWI case, Case.net notes.  An 11 a.m. trial setting is on Judge Mary Bruntrager Schroder's docket.  Frank, 42, of the 700 block of Cella Road in Ladue, last appeared in court in February, when he pleaded guilty a count adult harassing a child, a class D felony. Frank received a suspended imposition of sentence, was given 120 days of electronic home monitoring and was placed on five years probation. Frank originally was charged with sexual misconduct …

When it comes to offenses against children, many people feel the punishment shouldn't fit the crime—it should be harsher. That can be especially true when there is a plea agreement. Man Pleads Guilty to Harassing Child in Brentwood Home Depot

The Ladue man originally was charged with sexual misconduct involving a child. He will not be listed on the state's Sex Offender Registry, but will go through a probation program for sex offenders.

A Ladue man pleaded guilty Monday to harassing an 11-year-old child in a Home Depot restroom in Brentwood. Christopher A. Frank, 42, of the 700 block of Cella Road in Ladue, pleaded guilty to harassment involving an adult harassing a child, a class D felony. Frank received a suspended imposition of sentence, given 120 days of electronic home monitoring and was placed on five years probation. Sexual Misconduct Charges Filed Against Dementia Patient in Brentwood

The 63-year-old suspect touched a woman's breast inside a Brentwood business, according to a police report.

A 63-year-old man with dementia has been charged by the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney's office with first-degree sexual misconduct following an incident in Brentwood. On May 30, John G. Edwards reportedly touched a woman's breast while in line at the Brentwood Dry Clean Spot before threatening to touch her again, according to a Brentwood police report. The incident happened at 2:25 p.m. Edwards, of the 530 block of East Jefferson Avenue in Kirkwood, has been treated since 2005 for frontal temporal dementia, the report notes. Police confirmed his treatment with the Washington University Department of Neurology. Ladue Man Charged With Exposing Himself to Boy in Home Depot Restroom

The 42-year-old man faces a felony sexual misconduct charge.

A Ladue man was charged Tuesday with exposing himself to a child in a Brentwood store restroom last fall. Christopher A. Frank, 42, of the 700 block of Cella Road in Ladue, faces a charge of sexual misconduct involving a child under age 15, a felony. Brentwood Police reported that Frank got on his knees in a restroom stall and exposed his genitals to a child in the next stall on Nov. 25. Police said Frank then laid on the floor and watched the boy use the restroom. The restroom was in the Brentwood Home Depot at 1603 South Hanley Road. Bond for Frank was set at $7,500.
