A minimum of 2 Police officers along with metal detectors @ all schools. More than that depending on the size and configuration of the building. Our tax dollars are spent on things much less important than school security. The Casino Tax money, along with the TAX DOLLARS WE LOST when the Casino Tax took effect, should be used for the security of our schools.

Stated quite well Jim. I respect and thank your Father for the courage to be a Business Agent. The fact that Management asked the Judge permission to pay themselves a bonus during the liquidation displays their total lack of respect for the workers who manufactured their products. Managements' failure to adjust to the trends of today's changing eating habits is the reason for Hostess going out of business; not the fading wages and benefits that the Union Workers had left.

The Rams are looking for a reason to leave. The former Chrysler Plant site has everything a team would need. Plenty of acreage to construct not only any type of stadium they want, but plenty of room for parking, great access and room to build ANYTHING they could dream up. Add in the bonus of hundreds of jobs to build it all. BUT...if you want the presently unemployed and under-employed residents to pay for it or any large portion of it, good luck. That said, I hope both sides CAN come to an agreement for the RAMS to stay in the St. Louis Metro area.
