Kathryn Tristan
I am a research scientist on the faculty of Washington University School  of Medicine and a prolific writer with more than 250 articles in health and science publications. I am the author of "Why Worry? Stop Coping and Start Living" that is published by Atria Books/Beyond Words (imprint of Simon & Schuster).
When I'm not writing or working in the lab on fun things related to understanding our immune system better, I love playing with my grand-girls who live nearby in Lake St. Louis. I also love being out and about in Chesterfield and around the area. My rescue doggie, LuLu, all 60+ pounds of her and I enjoy taking long walks, visiting the fabulous Chesterfield dog park, and visiting with neighbors. One of the things I'm most passionate about is helping others help themselves get over chronic worrying and anxiety. I have a personal as well as professional connection with the subject. I love to speak about overcoming worry/anxiety and present workshops giving tips and tools to show how to rewire your brain, connect with intuitive help, and just be happier by stressing less and enjoying more!
